Credit will be issued for the product less the shipping charges if the order has already been shipped. If you have not yet received the order, the order can be refused at time of delivery. If you have already received the order, please see the return policy for instructions for return and applicable charges.

Internet sales are payable by all major credit cards including Pay Pal. No insurances will be accepted for internet sales via kleinsrx.com.

Pricing listed on kleinsrx.com applies only to products purchased via our website.

We are solely responsible for the pricing listed directly on our website and will not be responsible for pricing found elsewhere.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns for full credit or refund under the following conditions:

• Return is made within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.*
• Products are unopened and in original packaging.
• If you received a damaged shipment and notification is made within seven days by visiting us on our contact us page.
• An error on our part occurred with your order.

*Products returned after 30 days from the date the order was shipped and meeting the above criteria will be subject to a 15% restock fee.

Upon receipt of your returned products to Kleinsrx.com, we will send you a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 14 days.

We will NOT accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product has been opened or worn.*

*Products returned that have been opened or worn will be discarded and no refund issued!

Return Shipping

• In the event you refuse a package delivery or the address you provided is undeliverable and the carrier returns the package you will not be refunded for shipping charges. In the event you received free shipping, our standard rate shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
• Should your package be returned due to damage by the carrier, you will not be responsible for the shipping charges if the package is returned. You will also not be charged to reship the product.
• Return shipping charges incurred by you due to an error made by us will be refunded.

Kleinsrx.com ships only to addresses in the United States.

Free standard shipping will apply on orders over $69.00. Orders under $69.00 will be charged a shipping fee of $5.95.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping time may vary dependent on your location. Tracking information will be made available to you once your order has shipped.
